PushFlo

Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

1. Service Description

PushFlo provides real-time messaging infrastructure for web and mobile applications. Our service allows you to send messages from your server to connected clients via WebSocket connections. We handle the persistent connections, message routing, and delivery so you can focus on building your application.

2. Account Registration

To use PushFlo, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PushFlo to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable laws
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities

4. Soft Limits and Fair Use

Our pricing tiers include usage limits (messages per day, concurrent connections, etc.). These limits are "soft limits" meaning:

  • We will not immediately cut off your service if you exceed your limits
  • We will notify you when you approach or exceed your limits
  • Consistent overages may require upgrading to a higher tier
  • We reserve the right to throttle service for sustained abuse of limits

We believe in fair use and won't leave your users hanging mid-session because of a traffic spike.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, DNS issues, or problems with upstream providers.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of PushFlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process messages you send through our service but do not claim ownership of your content. Message content is temporarily stored for delivery and history purposes as described in your plan.

8. Intellectual Property

PushFlo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you transmit through our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushFlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
